Payments & Shipping

We use Square for card payments because we like the protection they give our customers.

We aim to dispatch items within 2 working days. We let our customers know when we have popped their orders in the post so if you need to make any changes to your order, reach out to us before then and we will do what we can to help.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class within the UK and via Royal Mail International Standard for orders going abroad, and occasionally UK Mail for larger orders.

Returns & Refunds

For returns, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship your items back to us within 14 days of notifying us. Check out our T+Cs for more information about returns and refunds, and your statutory rights.
